Return & Cancellation Policy

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within only 3 working days from the date of receiving the product.

The product must be in its original condition, inside its original packaging, and must not have been damaged as a result of misuse.

As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we allow testing of just one gram of oud or incense to check the scent.

If more than one gram is consumed, we regret that we cannot accept return requests in order to maintain the quality and value standards of the natural product.
